Cloth masks are made of 100% cotton jersey cloth with elastic ear loops and a stretch-to-fit design. They are washable and reusable for up to 40 washes.
Disposable face masks include comfortable ear loops and an adjustable nose bridge in an accordion-style design. Masks are one size fits all (17cm x 9cm) and made of three layers: 25mg/ml non-woven fabric, 25mg/ml melt-blown fabric, and 25mg/ml non-woven fabric.
Kids masks are recommended for ages 4-10.

According to recent studies, a significant portion of individuals with COVID-19 lack symptoms (“asymptomatic”), and even those who eventually develop symptoms (“presymptomatic”) can transmit the virus to others before showing symptoms.
This means that the virus can spread between people interacting in close proximity — for example, speaking, coughing, or sneezing — even if those people are not showing symptoms.
In light of this new evidence, the CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where social distancing is difficult to maintain, especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.
It is critical to emphasize that maintaining social distance remains important to slowing the spread of the virus. But in addition to social distancing, the CDC is advising the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the virus and prevent asymptomatic and presymptomatic individuals from transmitting it to others.
The cloth face coverings recommended are not surgical masks of N-95 respirators. Those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and medical first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance. Do NOT use a facemask meant for a healthcare worker.
